  Oct 1, 2016 Since the new owners took over on Sept 1st, the food and service has gone down hill completely. We arrived about 7:25pm on a Saturday night and the first thing was that the handicapped parking were blocked by cars parked in non parking spaces so we could not park at them. Upon entering the restaurant we could not find a clean table. There were people at about 7 tables, the rest were still not cleared. After waiting 20 minutes our waitress finally took our order. When ever the waitresses would come out and wait on a table, they would go back to the kitchen empty handed. None of the tables were cleaned the entire time we were in the restaurant. When we finally got our order at 8:30, the shrimp was overcooked and the prime rib was cold (this was after waiting 45 minutes to get our meal). We used to eat here at least once a week ( we live in Joliet) and now I doubt if we will return. While there 2 tables got up and left without getting their order (there were in their for over an hour without getting their food). One couple at the table next to us was from Bridger and they were quite upset at the service taking so long. And all of this was going on while one of the owners sat at a table talking with a couple oblivious to all that was going on. She did seem to care whether the customers were being served or not. She never went to help the waitress or walk around and talk to the customers. If this is the way they run a restaurant, it will run off all the locals that have patronized this establishment for years.
